Senior Scientist in Computational Biology focused on Oncology Translational Research, analyzing complex multi-omics, biomarker, and clinical data to inform cancer treatment development.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include integrating DNA/RNA sequencing, proteomics, and spatial transcriptomics with clinical outcomes, applying AI, machine learning, and statistical methods to identify prognostic and resistance biomarkers, and supporting translational strategies aligned with clinical trial design. Collaborates with cross-functional teams across data science, clinical development, pathology, and diagnostics, communicating findings and contributing to scientific publications.
QualificationsPhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or related field with 1-3 years industry experience; proficiency in R, Python, Unix, and high-throughput data analysis; strong knowledge of cancer biology, biomarkers, and clinical trial concepts.
Preferredfamiliarity with regulatory data standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM), deep learning, multimodal modeling, and Phase 1-3 clinical trials.
