Overview

Our guests’ memorable experiences must start somewhere. So why not with you? We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and energetic Host to be the first smiling face our guests see as they arrive. If you love creating great first impressions and helping set the tone for an exceptional dining experience, this role is for you. Pay Rate $17.75

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage the seating chart efficiently to optimize table flow and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Maintain waitlists and clearly communicate accurate wait times to guests.
• Assist with reservations and help coordinate seating for large parties and special requests.
• Keep the host stand clean, organized, and fully stocked with menus and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure seamless service.
• Provide basic menu knowledge and confidently answer guest questions.
• Support the team with light cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain a polished, welcoming entrance.

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
• Previous hosting experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Valid Food Handler’s Card and RBS Certification.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per shift).
• Comfortable working in an indoor restaurant environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs (menus, chairs, or light furniture adjustments).
• Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly to meet guest needs.
