Cashier – The Stand Restaurant Carmel Mountain
Join The Stand, a fast-growing fast-casual restaurant, as a Cashier! We’re looking for outgoing, friendly team members who are passionate about great food and customer service. No restaurant experience required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do- Greet guests and take orders at the register
- Promote our Stand App and rewards program
- Run orders to guests and keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Bake cookies and brownies, portion sauces and pickles
- Follow cash handling, food prep, and safety procedures
- Work as part of a supportive, fun team
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Must be 21+ years old
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs
- Willing to work a flexible, part-time schedule (including weekends and holidays)

- Tips
- All Stand Team Members participate in the tip pool! Up to $25.00 per hour - All Stand Team members are paid on a bi-weekly basis
- Part-time hours available
- We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
