As a Bartender, you play a central role in delivering Cannonballs world-class beverage experience. You craft specialty drinks, engage with guests, and ensure the bar operates efficiently and professionally. Your knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, polished presence, and attentiveness help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Guest Engagement & Experience

• Greet patrons promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment
• Take drink orders, make recommendations, and provide guidance on menu offerings
• Ensure guests enjoy their drinks and overall experience, proactively addressing concerns
• Educate guests on beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails, including tasting notes, pairings, and preparation techniques
• Monitor guests alcohol intake, intervening as necessary in accordance with RBS standards and local laws

Drink Preparation & Service

• Craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and guest preferences
• Garnish drinks appropriately and maintain consistent presentation for all menu items
• Coordinate with servers and food runners to ensure timely and seamless food and drink delivery
• Adjust service for high-volume periods, large parties, and special events while maintaining world-class standards

Bar Operations & Inventory

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including garnishes, glassware, mixers, and ice
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with receiving and tracking alcohol shipments
• Change kegs and CO2 tanks as needed, troubleshoot minor bar equipment issues, and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol-service policies

Team Collaboration & Training

• Work seamlessly with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in training new bar team members and model elevated service standards
• Support fellow team members during peak periods or as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned and trained to support overall restaurant operations

• Passionate about crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding guest experiences
• Knowledgeable in beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails with strong drink preparation skills
• Friendly, professional, and polished, able to engage with guests in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume service with composure
• A team player who communicates clearly, supports others, and contributes to a positive work environment
