The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is looking for their next Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team! Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is a coastal retreat with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from the hotel's balconies and patios. Explore the beauty of Torrey Pines State Reserve nearby, with a walking trailhead to Torrey Pines State Beach one mile away.
The Ideal Candidate- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in Food and Beverage in a full-service restaurant, hotel or country club setting
- Previous restaurant FOH experience
- Previous supervisory and hotel experience is a plus!
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Shift Pattern: typically for breakfast shift starting as early as 6:00 am
Salary: $25.00 an hour

A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
