Job Title:
Lead Bartender
Hourly | Part-Time & Full-Time | $17.75 - $18.75/hr + Tip-Eligible
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Bartender who sets the standard for service, technique, and leadership behind the bar. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who balance creativity with consistency and lead by example.
What It Takes To Succeed- Deliver polished, efficient bar service and guest engagement
- Lead bar operations, pacing, and service standards
- Support training and development of bar staff
- Maintain professionalism and composure in a high-energy setting
- 2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume environment
- Demonstrated leadership or lead bartender experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
