We are looking for a hands‑on, hospitality‑driven leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about operational excellence, accountability, and culture‑building.

General

Manager Responsibilities
  • Own full day‑to‑day operations of a single restaurant location, ensuring excellence in guest experience, team performance, and financial results
  • Lead the entire guest journey from digital ordering through fulfillment, maintaining a seamless and elevated experience
  • Lead by example on the floor, modeling hospitality and service standards
  • Hire, train, develop, and coach managers and hourly team members
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, onboarding, performance management, and labor compliance
  • Ensure operating procedures, food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently executed
  • Coordinate FOH and BOH teams to ensure efficient and accurate service
  • Own and manage KPIs including guest satisfaction, order accuracy, labor efficiency, food cost, and productivity
  • Utilize reporting tools and guest feedback to drive performance improvements
  • Maintain financial oversight including budgeting, labor management, and cost controls
General Manager Requirements And Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant or QSR environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, systems, and compliance standards
  • Working knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance
  • Experience with digitally enabled or delivery‑first food concepts preferred
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
  • Passion for hospitality, clean food, and team development
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
