Join a mission-driven, growing restaurant concept as our next General Manager in North County San Diego. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a single restaurant location, leading day‑to‑day operations, building a high‑performing team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a hands‑on, hospitality‑driven leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about operational excellence, accountability, and culture‑building.
GeneralManager Responsibilities
- Own full day‑to‑day operations of a single restaurant location, ensuring excellence in guest experience, team performance, and financial results
- Lead the entire guest journey from digital ordering through fulfillment, maintaining a seamless and elevated experience
- Lead by example on the floor, modeling hospitality and service standards
- Hire, train, develop, and coach managers and hourly team members
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, onboarding, performance management, and labor compliance
- Ensure operating procedures, food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently executed
- Coordinate FOH and BOH teams to ensure efficient and accurate service
- Own and manage KPIs including guest satisfaction, order accuracy, labor efficiency, food cost, and productivity
- Utilize reporting tools and guest feedback to drive performance improvements
- Maintain financial oversight including budgeting, labor management, and cost controls
- 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant or QSR environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, systems, and compliance standards
- Working knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance
- Experience with digitally enabled or delivery‑first food concepts preferred
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Passion for hospitality, clean food, and team development
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Competitive base salary: $90,000–$110,000
