The Restaurant Supervisor plays a critical leadership role on the dining room floor, ensuring that service standards consistently reflect Arlo’s elevated vision. This individual will lead by example, train and mentor service staff, and maintain a refined, guest-focused environment that turns first-time diners into guests for life. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, polished service
- Uphold and enforce Arlo’s service standards with consistency and attention to detail
- Train, coach, and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality
- Actively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create memorable experiences
- Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure alignment between service and cuisine
- Monitor floor flow, pacing, and presentation to support an elevated dining experience
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
- Maintain a professional, calm, and inspiring presence during high-volume or high-expectation service periods
- Prior supervisory experience in an upscale, fine-dining, or Michelin-aspiring restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of elevated service standards and guest engagement
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a hospitality team
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
