Town and Country Resort is looking for an energetic Part-Time & Full-Time Barista to help create a vibrant, welcoming café experience for our guests by crafting quality coffee and beverages with personality and flair. • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standardized recipes
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly recommendations to enhance their experience
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, seating, and workstations
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and ordering supplies as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous barista, café, or food and beverage experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
