We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team. In this fast‑paced, dynamic environment you will manage kitchen food service, work with an experienced culinary team, and bring creativity to menu development.

• Oversee and coordinate activities of culinary staff, ensuring all meals meet the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a hands‑on approach and demonstrate culinary expertise in both a la carte and banquet settings.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and implement new menu items.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness, organization, and overall health of the kitchen.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate culinary team members.

• 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Six months to one year in a supervisory position.
• Knowledge of wine and fine food is helpful.
• Fluent in read, write, and speak English.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Effective communication with the public and internal team members.
