We are looking for hospitality-driven individuals who thrive in a team environment. The Crack Shack has countless opportunities for internal development as we are spreading our wings and expanding outside of our Southern California shack and beyond.

• As a Cashier/counter server at our location, you will take orders, both in-person and to-go, answer the phone, prep juice, prepare and stock coffee/espresso. Maintain to-go sauces, and make sure the counter is always stocked.
• You will often be our guests' first point of contact as they enter the restaurant. You will communicate with our guests in a friendly and sincere manner, both in person and by telephone.
• You may also need to guide our guests on the steps of service particular to our restaurant (ex. How/where to pick up food, order drinks, find a table, etc.)
• The way you perform your responsibilities, particularly when interacting with our guests, contributes to the overall flow of the restaurant. It is critical that you make our guests feel welcome.

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience is needed
