Position: Casual Part-Time

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will provide a warm, energetic experience, helping customers find premium quality eyewear.

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships:
  Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers find products that meet their needs.
• Become a Vision Expert:
  Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and Grow:
  Enhance your skills with hands‑on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top‑tier service.

• Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere:

• Passion for Customer Service:
  Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales Savvy:
  Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented:
  Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.
• Fashion Forward: A keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $20.68 per hour. Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, along with health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
