The Assistant Store Manager of Sales is responsible for driving store revenue and leading a high-energy, “Radically Helpful” sales team. You will focus on empowering Sales Leads and Guides to provide personal solutions that build brand trust and deliver measurable sales results. This role requires a goal-driven leader to supervise personnel in meeting and exceeding assigned goals for revenue, productivity, and customer reputation.

Annual Salary Range: $82,000-$88,000

• Sales Performance:
  Own the achievement of measurable sales results and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Sales Floor
  
  Coaching:
  
  Conduct regular role plays with associates to demonstrate world-class service and provide feedback on sales technique effectiveness.
• Team Development:
  Facilitate weekly training and educational sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date on store products and competitive technology.
• Engagement:
  Motivate the team to succeed through incentives, culture-building, and educating personnel on how to maximize their incentive payouts.
• Customer Interaction:
  Support the team on the floor as a Floor Leader, assisting with complex consumer interactions to ensure the experience represents the brand.
• Launch Readiness:
  Inspect that associates are properly trained on new products and promotions to demonstrate and discuss them with confidence.

• Customer Focus: A drive to exceed goals for consumer experience and reputation.
• Influencing Others:
  Ability to motivate direct reports and inspire high performance through collaboration and teamwork.
• Product Expertise:
  Maintains deep knowledge of all brand products and demonstrates a passion for leading-edge technology.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of retail management with a proven ability to achieve measurable sales results.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Arts degree is preferred; however, a relative combination of adequate work experience and education may be sufficient in lieu of the degree.
