Luxury Boutique Inventory Lead

Summary

The Inventory Supervisor oversees the flow of goods in and out of the boutique to ensure inventory accuracy and an exceptional client experience. This role supervises heart-of-house activities, manages stock processing and organization, and supports shipping and cycle counts while working closely with the Operations Manager and boutique team. The supervisor ensures compliance with CHANEL operational standards and fosters collaborative team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train heart-of-house team members to ensure operational compliance and high service standards
• Process received stock and record items into the inventory system
• Organize and maintain stock areas in line with brand expectations
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards
• Execute the stock cycle count program and support annual physical inventory with Ops Lead direction
• Support opening and closing procedures and facilitate inventory-related boutique operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to move items and perform overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong organizational and communication skills and a service-minded approach
