Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, ensuring inventory accuracy and a well-presented retail environment. This hands‑on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor to support customer pickups, maintain organization, and uphold safety standards. The associate must be detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare customer purchases for pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; prior stock receiving experience preferred
• Proven ability to follow and uphold safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment
