Luxury Client Development Lead & Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Manager, Client Development at Westfield UTC is a boutique leader and brand ambassador responsible for driving business results and delivering elevated client experiences. This role coaches and develops the in-store team, supports the Boutique Director with business insights, and represents the brand through local partnerships and community events. The manager balances floor selling, team development, and operational standards to grow the client base.

• Spend time on the selling floor to coach, mentor, and inspire the sales team to deliver elevated client service
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, service delivery, and brand savoir faire
• Foster a positive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, and teamwork
• Drive business performance through KPI monitoring, coaching conversations, and continuous improvement
• Represent the brand in the market by developing client relationships, partnerships, and local events
• Support the Boutique Director with critical business insights and execution of boutique standards
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld to deliver consistent client experiences

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury retail or client development
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven people leadership experience with ability to coach and develop teams
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lb and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Passion for the brand, product knowledge, and a strong customer service orientation
