Store Manager

Position objectives include providing customers with the best selection, exceptional service and well-organized stores, meeting store sales and income budget expectations, creating a positive and mentoring environment for Beneficiaries, and implementing positive and effective Work Therapy Assignments.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 2 years previous retail management/supervisory experience, basic understanding of office applications, valid driver's license, ability to pass MVR report, proof of insurance, access to a motor vehicle, ability to pass background check, and effective communication skills.
Physical requirements include ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist, grasp, push, pull objects, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Core competencies include problem solving, oral and written communication, teamwork, project management, and managing people.
Essential duties and responsibilities include taking an active role in the day-to-day operation of the store, assuming responsibility for all day-to-day store operations, assisting Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, scheduling store employees, assisting with hiring, training and directing the store team, ensuring high levels of customer and donor satisfaction, supporting the Store Manager to ensure Back Room Processors/Warehouse Associates are working effectively, supervising, supporting, and conduct reporting of program Beneficiaries, responsible for the protection and security of store currency, inventory, and property, securing the building during non-operating hours, establishing and maintaining safety measures, and completing all tasks assigned by the District Sales Manager, Command Retail Directors and Command Administration.
