Job descriptionStore Manager
Lead a high-energy retail team and make a meaningful impact in a growing premium brand environment. This is an opportunity to own the business at store level—driving sales, developing talent, creating standout customer experiences, and building a strong local presence.
What You Will Lead- Own store performance across sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, traffic, repeat business, and clienteling.
- Build, coach, and develop a strong team, including future Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, payroll, and team engagement.
- Create exceptional customer experiences through premium service, product knowledge, and coaching on the sales floor.
- Own visual standards, inventory accuracy, cash handling, loss prevention, and daily operational excellence.
- Plan and execute engaging local events from concept through measurement, including vendor partnerships and community outreach.
- Real ownership of the store, the team, the customer experience, and the results.
- High visibility and a direct path to future Area Manager, District, Regional, and Head of Retail opportunities.
- Opportunity to build a leadership bench and shape a growing retail presence in Southern California.
- Monthly bonus eligibility for all full-time store roles, tied to overall store performance.
- Strong Store Management or senior retail leadership background in premium, specialty, or jewelry retail.
- Experience owning sales results, team performance, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational standards.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and promote talent.
- Hands-on event leadership, including budgets, vendor partnerships, execution, and results tracking.
- Clear communication, strong judgment, and a high standard for accountability.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
