WHAT YOU'LL DODrive sales, conversion, AOV and the clienteling-first experience
Own the full event lifecycle end to end (idea generation, budget, execution, measurement), across big, medium, and small events, made relevant to the local story and community
Source and manage local vendor partners (4+ per event) and run it within budget
Hire, coach and grow a team guests remember; build the bench
Own operations: cash, inventory, loss prevention, compliance
Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORStore-manager experience in premium, specialty, or jewelry retail (required)
Full ownership of events is
REQUIRED:
idea generation through execution and measurement, managing to budget, across big, medium, and small formats, and partnering with vendors (4+)
A local Southern California network across fitness, music, sports, barber, or creator scenes
A real coach who develops people and hits the number; knows the business
On your feet all shift; open availability incl. nights, weekends, holidays, peak
