Overview

This Casual Part-Time position involves delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including the latest trends and styles, and provide personalized recommendations to customers while upholding our brand standards and policies.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring needs are met and the shopping experience is memorable.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; participate in required training sessions and workshops.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties, and optical add-on features offered to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-up communication in-store and post-sale.
• Meet and, when possible, exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Provide omnichannel support to deliver a seamless customer experience across platforms, including online and in-store services.
• Understand and adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• punctual and reliable; timeliness and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team player who is collaborative, adaptable, supportive, respectful and open to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver and analytical thinker; able to identify issues, evaluate solutions and implement effective strategies under workload pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Experience operating a POS system.
• Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.

Pay Range:

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
