E-commerce Assistant

Remote Recruitment is hiring an E-commerce Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will keep a UK online store running day to day, loading products, keeping listings accurate, processing orders and handling customer queries. The store changes daily, with new lines, price moves, promotions and returns, and you will work UK business hours from home as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers.

• Create and update product listings, images and descriptions
• Keep pricing, stock levels and categories accurate across the store
• Process orders, returns and refunds
• Respond to customer queries about orders and products
• Support promotions, discount codes and seasonal campaigns
• Report on sales, traffic and best-selling lines

• Experience with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, Woo Commerce or Magento
• Confident writing clear, accurate product copy
• Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for bulk product uploads
• Attention to detail on pricing, stock and product data
• Customer-focused written English
