Summary
As a seasonal sales associate in the Home department, you help create exceptional in-store customer experiences. You connect customers with products and contribute to store merchandising and operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and connect with them to understand their needs and share product information.
- Help create a seamless and enjoyable in-store experience.
- Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Requirements
- Enjoy meeting people and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to frequently stand and walk, reach, and use hands; occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and climb ladders.
- Be able to use computers, handheld equipment, and point-of-sale systems to process transactions.
