The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor builds customer relationships by providing outstanding service, product knowledge, and expert advice on fragrances, makeup, and skincare. The role supports in-store and online sales while helping create an engaging customer experience and maintaining compelling merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
- Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, and treatments, along with current trend advice.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use retail technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
