Summary
Represent the Maison in the boutique by delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales targets. Develop client relationships while supporting daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide outstanding service throughout the client journey.
- Build client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and resolve or elevate client concerns.
- Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and special projects.
- Stay informed about industry news and competitors and participate in client events.
- Two to five years of luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.
- Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, along with retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.
- Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office required and SAP knowledge preferred.
- Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
