The Store Support Specialist supports the store team in delivering an elevated shopping experience. The role coordinates with team members to address client inquiries, manage transactions, and assist with store operations.
Responsibilities- Support team members in addressing client inquiries and providing customer service.
- Use product knowledge to support sales and build client relationships.
- Manage transactions and assist with operational tasks across the business.
- Support inventory and other store activities.
- At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
