About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated self‑starter eager to develop a career in healthcare technology sales. This position supports a sales team that handles the end‑to‑end sales cycle and will research prospects, cultivate contacts, and manage a pipeline using Salesforce and other sales tools. This role is located at our offices in San Diego, CA.
How you will make an impact- Gain comprehensive knowledge of XiFin’s value proposition, the markets we support, and our product and service offerings.
- Identify and qualify new business and white‑space opportunities that support the sales pipeline.
- Use multiple outreach methods to communicate with existing and new accounts.
- Track and update activity in Salesforce.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive products.
- Measure activity and results through KPI tracking.
- Participate in projects and other job duties as assigned.
- Competitive spirit and achievement orientation.
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn, ask great questions, and solve problems collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience with prospecting.
- 1+ year of experience in sales or sales support.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $63,000 – $70,000 plus KPI achievement incentives. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary.
