Overview

Join this Dental Manf. as their next Sales Representative in the greater San Diego County territory.

About the Role

You will be selling a diversified product portfolio to both Doctors & Specialists in a role that will be a combination of prospecting (50%) and account management (50%). This territory is currently doing $1.3 million in sales, but has great opportunity for growth in 2026, 2027 and beyond!

Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports
  • 1st Choice in

    Experience:

    ~2 years-5 years+ of Dental Sales experience or Medical Sales with year-over-year sales success
  • 2nd Choice:
    Business-to-Business Sales Representatives from ideally a Fortune 500 organization (i.e. ADP; Paychex; Cintas) or firms with a strong sales training program (i.e. Xerox agencies; Rental Car Industry) a plus.
  • Year-over-Year success - Rookie of the Year;
    President's Club Awards;
    Top 10%-20% Sales rankings regionally or nationally
  • A "Hunter Mentality"
  • Strong percentage of sales coming from "New Net Business" in 2025, 2024, 2023, & 2022
  • Empowered to run territory after training program;
    High Sales Activity model week in & week out; adaptable/flexible to change; $$$ motivated; team oriented/highly collaborative
