We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, engaging with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will help generate new leads, nurture relationships, and close deals that drive our company's growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
  • Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with suitable solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our technology offerings to confidently communicate value propositions in technical sales scenarios
Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, or business development is highly desirable
  • Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or marketing campaigns is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prospects effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth
