Pay Range: $80,000 - $200,000+ per year (Base + Commission)

Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air is looking for a highly motivated In-Home Residential Plumbing Sales to support and grow our San Diego team. This leadership position is ideal for an experienced sales or field manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at team development, and enjoys driving performance through coaching, customer engagement, and hands‑on leadership.

In this role, you'll oversee a team of service technicians, guide daily operations, drive profitable revenue, and uphold Rooter Hero's commitment to excellence. If you're energetic, goal‑driven, and ready to make a measurable impact, this is the opportunity for you.

• Visit and engage 3-5 clients daily to generate new sales and follow up on open estimates
• Train and coach technicians weekly to enhance sales techniques and service quality
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Present proposals and solutions using company pricing formulas to ensure proper margin
• Monitor technician performance and hold the team accountable to weekly and monthly sales standards
• Ensure permits are pulled and inspections scheduled for applicable jobs
• Conduct weekly sales and team meetings to track progress and highlight top performers
• Support Quality Control with job‑site visits and customer complaint resolution
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports for the Operations Manager
• Promote Rooter Hero's culture of excellence and uphold company values

• Minimum 2+ years of sales leadership or field management experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related home services
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead sales or service teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first approach
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Plumbing knowledge and ability to obtain a California Home Improvement Sales License
• Comfortable working in the field and performing light physical duties (driving, site visits, inspections)
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and decision‑making skills under pressure
• Availability for weekly sales, branch, and corporate meetings
