Perspire Sauna Studio is coming to 4S Ranch this spring, and we are building a team of motivated, confident Sales Associates who want to grow with us from day one. This is a sales-focused role inside a premium wellness environment.

Perspire Sauna Studio is the nation’s fastest-growing infrared sauna franchise, delivering a premium wellness experience through full-spectrum infrared heat, red light therapy, halotherapy, and contrast therapy with our SNØ showers.

Rooted in science, Perspire provides private, spa-like suites designed to help guests relax, recover, and feel better than when they arrived. Each suite is personal to the client. Inside each room, you'll find: complimentary hand and body towels, a tv equipped with premium entertainment (Netflix, Youtube, etc), and a control panel to adjust desired sauna temperature and even change the color of the lighting to their preferred ambiance.

As we prepare to open, we’re seeking proactive team members who are genuinely excited about our wellness modalities and passionate about sharing their value with the surrounding community.

This position is responsible for converting interest into memberships and delivering an exceptional in-studio experience.

• Contact, nurture, and convert leads via phone, text, and email
• Track all outreach and conversations in our CRM
• Encourage new clients to book intro sessions
• Manage the studio line to set reservations, manage guest scheduling, and respond to questions/concerns
• Convert trials from intro sessions, Class Pass, and referrals into recurring members with the goal of hitting sales targets
• Conduct tours, chat all things wellness, and clearly communicate the value of membership
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest
• Maintain studio cleanliness and premium presentation

20–30 hours, 4-5 shifts per week

• Openers (6:30am–10:30am)
• Mid (10:00am - 3:00pm)
• Closers (4:30pm–9:30pm)
• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Confident, natural communicator who builds trust quickly
• Proven sales mindset (fitness, wellness, hospitality preferred)
• Goal-oriented and comfortable with performance metrics
• Organized and tech-comfortable (CRM, Google Suite, etc.)
• Passionate about wellness and able to speak about benefits authentically
• Reliable team player who takes initiative
