This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales by engaging with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying client needs. Responsibilities include providing product information, generating leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will involve contributing to sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and support team performance.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to equip team members with sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the automotive or outdoor industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
