What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive revenue growth across the defined territory by nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new ones
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices to achieve sales targets
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective territory management and sales tracking
  • Develop and promote whole-food nutritional supplements within the HCP market
  • Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the health and wellness sector
  • Strong understanding of nutrition basics and experience in analyzing sales and demographic data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales within the practitioner channel representing natural or complementary products
  • Demonstrated success in territory development and product sales
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply data analysis to sales strategies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with HCPs at a sophisticated level
  • Experience in presenting and reporting on sales data and activities
