We focus on commercial, industrial, enterprise, and government environments — not residential work.
The RoleWe are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive new commercial business across Southern California.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and developing new B2B relationships
- Negotiating and closing projects ($50k–$500k+)
- Driving recurring maintenance contracts
Year 1 revenue target: $1.2M+
CompensationCommission paid on gross margin (not revenue)
- 12% up to quota
- 10% of first-year gross margin on new service contracts
Compensation is directly tied to performance and profitability.
Ideal Background- 3–7+ years B2B sales in security systems, low-voltage integration, AV, or similar technical field
- Experience closing commercial projects $50k+
- Comfortable selling to property managers, GCs, facilities teams, or enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of project margin and cost structure
- Self-starter who can build pipeline independently
- Direct impact on a scaling SoCal operation
- Real upside tied to performance
