Sales Manager Home Care

Overview

Golden Years Home Care is seeking a career‑minded, self‑motivated, energetic sales manager who is driven, acts independently, and excels at creating new referral contacts, engaging the community, connecting with online leads, and closing deals for our Home Care position. The ideal candidate will submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule.

A background in sales and marketing is necessary (industry experience is a plus but not required).

• Participate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies.
• Prepare internal and external documents.
• Manage office supplies and marketing materials.
• Schedule and manage employee schedules.
• Understand home‑care office operations (a plus, but not necessary).

• Strong writing skills
• Strong computer skills
• Fast and accurate data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Self‑starter and independent producer
• Social media marketing experience a plus, but not necessary
• Highly organized with a polished professional image; no ego issues and cannot be frustrated easily
• Must work well under deadlines and pressure to overcome obstacles and complete tasks

• Base salary plus commission
• Profit sharing contingent upon meeting quarterly goals
