Position OverviewPure Promotions is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to develop new business and build lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and helping companies promote their brands through creative merchandise solutions.
This is a 100% commission‑based position with unlimited earning potential, ideal for self‑starters who want the freedom to build and grow their own book of business.
Work EnvironmentThis role is flexible and can be performed from home, remotely, or from our office. Sales representatives are welcome to work from our new office located on Shelter Island Drive in Point Loma, featuring a beautiful water view and collaborative workspace.
Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Identify client branding, marketing, and promotional merchandise needs
- Present creative promotional product and apparel solutions to clients
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients, nonprofits, and organizations
- Prepare quotes, communicate with clients, and manage orders primarily from a laptop
- Coordinate orders with internal support and supplier partners
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals
- Attend networking events, client events, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and grow our client base
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
The ideal candidate already has relationships within the marketing, event, or business community and can leverage those connections to generate promotional merchandise opportunities.

- Fundraising or nonprofit event management
- Hospitality or conference/event sales
- Sales, marketing, or client relationship experience preferred
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a long‑term book of business
- Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts
- Must have a personal laptop to manage client communication, quotes, and orders
- 100% commission‑based compensation with unlimited earning potential
