Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 base + uncapped commission

Operating across international supply chains, the business delivers branded ingredients, premix solutions and commodity ingredients to leading CPG manufacturers. With continued growth across North America, the commercial team is expanding to strengthen coverage in key strategic markets.
Leadership promotes autonomy and entrepreneurial thinking - giving sales professionals the freedom to develop their territory, build long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth with strong internal support.
Key Markets- Functional nutrition
- Drive new business development across nutraceutical, dietary supplement and CPG manufacturers throughout the Midwest territory
- Build strategic relationships with R&D, procurement and senior leadership within customer organisations
- Identify new commercial opportunities across branded ingredients, premixes and commodity portfolios
- Represent the business at major industry trade shows including Supply Side, Expo West and other global ingredient events
- 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience within nutraceutical ingredients, dietary supplements or food ingredients
- Proven ability to win and develop manufacturer accounts within the human nutrition sector
- Strong understanding of ingredient supply chains, pricing dynamics and market trends
- Confident relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
You’re a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships across the nutraceutical and functional nutrition space.
You’re comfortable owning a territory, meeting customers face-to-face and representing a brand at industry events. Most importantly, you’re someone who leaves a lasting impression - a visible presence with customers who can confidently communicate value and build long-term partnerships.
