• Convert walk‑in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through engaging product presentations and exceptional service
• Provide prompt, warm, and professional client service to optimize the client experience and drive sales
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow‑up
• Coordinate intake of repairs and alterations and maintain timely communication with clients regarding status
• Work collaboratively with boutique colleagues and leadership to meet business targets
• Support visual merchandising and boutique standards as directed

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• In‑store, front‑of‑house presence required to deliver elevated client service
