Location:

Remote (Must reside in Los Angeles County, Orange County, or San Diego County, CA)
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually + incentive plan + full benefits

Travel:
Up to 50% within assigned territory

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a mission-driven education organization to hire an Account Executive supporting K-12 school districts throughout Southern California. This remote, field-based sales role is ideal for an experienced consultative sales professional with a strong background in K-12 education or EdTech. You'll build lasting partnerships with district leaders while expanding access to innovative educational programs that positively impact students, educators, and communities.

• Develop and manage relationships with K-12 school districts and educational leaders throughout Southern California
• Generate new business while expanding existing district partnerships
• Navigate complex, long-term sales cycles and negotiate multi-year agreements
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic sales meetings with key decision-makers
• Create and execute territory and account growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting within CRM
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and regional education events
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue goals

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of successful K-12 EdTech or education sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling directly to K-12 school districts and education leaders
• Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex sales processes
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout assigned territory
• Must reside in Los Angeles County, Orange County, or San Diego County

• K-12 classroom teaching experience
• Experience selling professional development or instructional programs
• Experience working with large or high-profile school districts
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
