Job Summary
The Community Marketing Agent represents Travel + Leisure at Sea World and other high‑traffic locations, including malls, theme parks, and local events such as festivals, trade shows, and conferences. In this sales‑focused role, you engage guests as a brand ambassador, introduce the vacation ownership experience, and invite qualified prospects to attend award‑winning vacation presentations.
How You’ll Shine- Represent Travel + Leisure as a positive, professional brand ambassador.
- Engage prospective customers and incentivize them to attend sales preview tours.
- Qualify guests based on company guidelines.
- Schedule tour reservations and collect required deposits.
Pay: $19.75 per hour, with commission opportunities during the first 60 days. After 60 days: $17.75 per hour, plus commissions. Actual compensation may vary based on performance, experience, skills, and location.
Key Responsibilities- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers while following all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (80%).
- Attend training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing materials and industry trends, and set and review performance goals (20%).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
- Ability to meet and maintain production standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to work in a shared environment.
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, general computer skills, and smart devices.

Temporary and/or seasonal associates are ineligible for Paid Time Off.
