Summary

The Client Advisor is a performance-driven salesperson responsible for delivering memorable in-store client experiences while meeting individual sales and clienteling targets. The role combines active selling, client development, and omnichannel outreach with daily boutique operations and visual merchandising. The advisor leverages CRM and retail tools to manage appointments, aftersales coordination, and client data to grow the active client base.

• Drive sales on the boutique floor through client discovery, product presentation, upselling, and closing.
• Develop long-term client relationships via outreach, appointments, and personalized clienteling activities.
• Use digital and retail tools (e.g., CRM, POS) to record client data, manage appointments, and support omnichannel sales.
• Support daily operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening/closing, visual merchandising, and aftersales coordination.
• Represent the brand at in-store and external events and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or similar high-end sales environment.
• Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and related product storytelling.
• Strong selling skills including client discovery, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
• Familiarity with clienteling, digital retail tools, and an understanding of sales KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; energetic, self-motivated, and team oriented.
