Ivy Park at La Jolla is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide prospective residents through the transition to their new home. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
Your goal is to achieve budgeted occupancy targets while building relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase occupancy and collaboration opportunities.
