. Thanks to our substantial investment in marketing, we generate more qualified leads than our sales team can currently handle. We're looking for two driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

With an average sale of over $21,000
, pre-qualified appointments, and ongoing support, you'll have everything you need to succeed. This is not a cold-calling position—our appointments are confirmed and ready for you.

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, qualified appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend premium home improvement solutions.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs, and present customized proposals.
• Confidently ask for the sale and close deals.
• Maintain a strong closing percentage while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Run approximately two appointments per day.

• Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred but not required).
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
