General Sales Manager – Land Rover, San Diego

Holman is a family‑owned, global automotive services organization. We seek a qualified General Sales Manager to lead our Land Rover dealership in San Diego with high energy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a dynamic sales team.

General Sales Manager will join a team of inspired leaders, manage the sales and finance aspects of the dealership, and foster a culture of honesty, integrity, and growth.

• Maintain accountability for customer retention and profitability in sales and finance.
• Hire, train, and motivate all sales consultants and sales management employees.
• Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit plans to the company for approval.
• Provide enthusiastic leadership to maintain and grow employee engagement.
• Assist with recruiting and training top talent, and retain them within the organization.
• Uphold company values throughout business practices and use sound judgment in decision making.

• Prior experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving positive results.
• At least 3 years of history with a sales‑management track record.
• Strong sales knowledge, training, and performance background.
• Highly engaged with the retail process and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; performs well under pressure and follows through on commitments.

Total Target Annual Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000.
