Regional Fleet Revenue Expansion Director

Hire Now Snapshot Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Regional Fleet Revenue Expansion Director to join one of our valued client partners. This full-time onsite leadership opportunity is designed for an accomplished commercial tire sales executive with a proven record of accelerating regional growth, strengthening fleet partnerships, and developing high-performing commercial sales organizations throughout Southern California. The selected professional will oversee regional commercial sales operations, mentor outside sales representatives and key account managers, expand strategic fleet relationships, and execute revenue-focused initiatives that increase market share, customer retention, and long-term profitability.

This position requires a hands‑on leader capable of balancing executive sales strategy with field coaching while maintaining exceptional customer relationships across commercial transportation, logistics, construction, municipal, and industrial markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional commercial sales strategies that support sustained revenue and profitability growth.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate commercial sales representatives and key account managers across multiple branch locations.
  • Establish measurable sales objectives and performance expectations while fostering accountability throughout the sales organization.
  • Build and expand long‑term relationships with fleet operators, transportation companies, contractors, municipalities, and commercial vehicle operators.
  • Manage regional key accounts while identifying opportunities for account expansion and new business development.
  • Conduct field ride‑along, performance coaching sessions, sales training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Develop pricing strategies and customer retention programs that improve profitability and long‑term account value.
  • Partner with branch managers, service leaders, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational execution.
  • Analyze sales trends, competitive intelligence, territory performance, and forecasting data to guide strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, quoting compliance, and regional sales reporting.
  • Promote a culture centered on safety, operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years of commercial tire sales experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of regional sales leadership or management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing B2B commercial fleet accounts and strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial tire products, fleet maintenance programs, retreading services, and commercial transportation operations.
  • Proven experience leading revenue growth through strategic business development and account expansion.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management abilities.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Southern California.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of San Diego, California.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive leadership experience within the commercial tire, fleet maintenance, transportation, or heavy‑duty service industries.
  • Experience managing regional or national fleet accounts with measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of commercial trucking, logistics, construction, municipal, waste, or industrial fleet operations.
  • Experience with commercial tire retreading, preventative maintenance programs, and roadside fleet services.
  • Demonstrated success implementing CRM best practices, forecasting models, and sales performance metrics.
  • Strong financial acumen involving pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
