Director of Business Development

What You Will Be Doing

The Director of Business Development (DBD) at TPT Digital will lead and grow a team of account executives, increase overall revenue, and foster an environment of delivering excellence for client partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop an in‑depth understanding of TPT Digital’s capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Grow and develop a high‑performing account executive team.
• Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope.
• Work closely with client service and production teams to ensure projects are handled with keen attention to detail and a focus on measurable success.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment, and capable of managing a high degree of accountability.

• Minimum of 4 years in a client‑facing role or business development position.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a high degree of accountability.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
