Lamps Plus is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Path to Full Commission) in San Diego. Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00/hour plus 0.5% personal commission. A store bonus of 0.5% is earned when monthly goals are met, with a future path to 5–6% straight commission based on performance.
Position can be full-time or part-time. You’ll build product knowledge, manage client pipelines, and contribute to steady showroom activity with walk-in customers and trade accounts.
