The Sr. In Home Sales Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, focused on delivering personalized sales and service experiences in customers’ homes. This role involves meeting with customers to assess their needs, presenting AT&T products and services, and recommending tailored solutions that enhance connectivity and entertainment. The Sr. In Home Sales Expert will conduct product demonstrations, explain pricing and promotions, and complete orders and installations as needed while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Daily responsibilities include managing appointments, following up on leads, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with store and field teams to achieve individual and team sales goals. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AT&T offerings and policies, while consistently representing the brand in a professional and customer-focused manner.

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
• Proven Retail Sales and Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain products, promotions, and technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in in-home or field sales, telecommunications, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA, with reliable transportation to customer locations.
• Comfort with technology, mobile devices, and home networking solutions; willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
