Compensation: $225,000–$275,000 base salary + annual bonus + relocation assistance + sign-on consideration for exceptional candidates.

Our client is an established and growing manufacturer of highly engineered products serving industrial, aerospace, medical, and other technical B2B markets. As the organization continues its next phase of growth, they are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the North American commercial organization and help build the next generation of sales excellence.

This is an opportunity for a high-performing sales leader who enjoys building organizations, developing people, and driving sustainable growth. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style, remaining engaged with customers, channel partners, and the sales team while strengthening commercial processes and execution.

This opportunity is especially well suited for a Director or Senior Director who is ready to step into their first Vice President role and is excited to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.

• Lead the North American sales organization across direct and channel sales.
• Develop and execute strategies that accelerate profitable revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strengthen forecasting, pipeline management, and overall commercial execution.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Drive accountability through performance metrics while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
• Help build scalable sales processes that support continued organizational growth.

• Progressive sales leadership experience within technical B2B manufacturing or other highly engineered product environments.
• Experience leading regional or North American sales organizations.
• Success managing both direct and channel sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support customers and sales teams.
• Experience selling complex technical products through consultative, relationship-based sales cycles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
