Role:
Onboarding Manager (Amazon Marketplace)
Location:
San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $135,000
At Luminize, we help brands win, and as one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the US, we're looking for top performers to grow with us.
Every brand we sign arrives with a set of expectations formed during the sales process. Onboarding is where those expectations meet reality, and that collision is where partnerships are either won or quietly lost. Scope has to get reconciled. Timelines have to get renegotiated. A client who expected one thing has to be walked to a different, better answer without losing confidence in the decision they made.
Right now nobody owns that conversation. We're hiring one person to own it end to end.
This is a build role. You'll run live onboardings from day one as the client's primary point of contact, and you'll design the playbook the whole company runs on as we scale. You are the first person in this seat, which means the standard is yours to set, and as our client volume grows, so does the opportunity to grow the function around you.
You might currently be a Client Onboarding Manager, Client Partner, Engagement Manager, and Customer Success Manager Implementation Manager, Launch or Activation Manager, Amazon Account Manager, Marketplace Manager, eCommerce Brand Manager, or Client Services Manager. If you've moved brands onto Amazon and lived through the catalog, inventory, and Subscribe & Save side of that transition, you'll recognize this role.
If you like ownership, hate loose ends, and want your work to be the reason a client stays for years, let's talk.
