Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai Life Sciences is seeking a #Miracle Maker to join our Commercial team as a Quotation Coordinator I . As a Quotation Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and Business Development (BD) team by preparing quotes and pricing. The specialist will work closely with sales BD managers, Alliance Managers, customers, and partners to ensure timely and accurate pricing information.

This position supports our commercial organization in achieving revenue growth targets through customer interactions focused on quoting and support functions. This position is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, this role leverages extensive knowledge of company services and products.

How you will make an impact:

• Receive clients’ instructions and generate quotations from various sources
• Meet strict deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for research, writing, editing, and reviewing quotes
• Works closely with various departments within the organization
• Be a central point of contact within the quotation function and send reports or statistics to internal sales team
• Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations
• Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationship with both internal and external customers
• Be versed on the full quoting process to support all Tri Link products and Research
  - Use services
• Coordinates receipt of all required information for the preparation of final quote
• Log and track quotes through CRM (Salesforce)
• Proficient project management skills and able to multitask
• Keep accurate records of incoming requests and outbound quotes
• Attend internal calls with regional sales teams to review sales activities
• Work closely with distributors to review customer’s requests and trends
• Engage in customer calls to discuss quote or answer technical questions
• Participate in technical and systems training
• Perform additional duties as assigned

The skills and experience that you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree, Science background highly preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of spoken and written English language
• Working language proficiency in an additional language such as German and French preferred but not required
• Formal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose written responses which will be a daily process to communicate with internal sales team
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders at the same time
• Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from management, co-workers and clients
